Residents of Olakula area of Idiroko in Ipokia Local Government Area of Ogun State witnessed a jaw-dropping spectacle on Wednesday as maggots dropped continuously from the private parts of a woman identified as Iya Toheeb.

The scene turned chaotic as residents trooped out to see the woman sat in a car with the assistance of family members and sympathisers.

It was thought that she might have been a victim of money-making ritual after her condition allegedly defied orthodox medication.

Report shows that the woman was also brought to one of the men she was associated with, a carpenter in the community. Of the reason for bringing the afflicted woman to the man, a source at the scene who asked not to be named, said:

“The woman was brought to the carpenter who was her former husband. Her family members believed that the man may be responsible for her worsening condition that defied treatment in hospital where she was admitted for months. “Doctors were said to have advised her relatives to seek alternative medicine to her ill-health because it had gone beyond the purview of orthodox medicine.’’

 Another source, who did not want her name in print, said:

 “The woman had dated different men in the past and it is believed that she may have been used for money-making ritual going by what we heard from those who know her. She has no wound in her private part yet maggots keep dropping from her sexual organ and that sends a signal that there is more to her problem than meets the eye, particularly since doctors have asked her relatives to seek help from native doctors for solution to her problemIt

It was learnt that the carpenter, whose real name could not be ascertained at press time, made remarks that suggested the woman was being punished for her promiscuity, after which the woman’s family members decided to bring her to him for possible solution her predicament. The carpenter reportedly fled before the arrival of our correspondent.

At the scene, sympathisers helped spread a sack on the car seat on which the woman sat when the maggots continued to drop even as a stench emanating from her body fouled the air.

This is what my beauty has done to me o,” said the woman shortly before being taken away by her family members.

CBN Governor Godwin Emefiele

Wife of Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Governor, Mrs Margaret Emefiele who was kidnapped 24 hours ago has been released by her abductors.

According to ThisDay, this was revealed by family sources who said: “due to the gallantry of the Armed Forces, Police and Security Forces” she was rescued in Ugoneki near Benin City and is currently recuperating in Government House, Asaba.

In a bid to track the abductors of Mrs. Emefiele, the Inspector-General of Police, Ibrahim Idris had deployed helicopters along the Benin-Agbor Road, where the incident had taken place.

Idris also flooded the area with hundreds of police operatives and sniffer dogs in a move to put pressure on the kidnappers. It is believed the efforts of the police helped greatly in making sure the woman was rescued.

CBN Governor Godwin Emefiele will be relieved with this latest news.

Rob Kardashian has apologized to his sister, Kylie Jenner for tweeting her phone number to the world when he got angry and accused his family of failing to invite Blac Chyna to a baby shower they were planning for him. He realized that the family had a separate baby shower for Chyna after he struck out at his family without talking to them first.
He said:It was miscommunication on my end," Rob Kardashian said Friday on On Air With Ryan Seacrest.

"I thought they weren't having Chyna at our baby shower. Chyna's baby shower is actually this Sunday, but they were trying to do a little surprise 'guy' baby shower for me and I was just upset trying to fight for Chyna like, 'Yo, she has to be at the baby shower. She's birthing my child. She needs to be there.' It was literally miscommunication and I probably shouldn't have went on Twitter, but I did."

He added:

"I kind of took all my anger out on Kylie and my family. It wasn't just Kylie, it was my whole family. I went in on them on group text. And I was just being petty and posted Kylie's number. I was like, 'Yo, it's not that serious. We change our numbers all the time." We all love each other and we're all family and I never want to beef or argue with anybody," he said.

He said what his family does is never just for the cameras. These are

 "all real issues that are actually happening. It's so many siblings that it's hard to communicate with everybody, honestly."

Then he apologized his sister on air saying:

"I'm sorry, Kylie, if you're listening". "I love you, Kylie."

Facebook founder, Mark Zuckerberg yesterday added Hausa language, Fula, and two others, Maltese and Corsican to Facebook, making the social media platform become available in more than 100 languages.

Zuckerberg announced this expressing optimism that the addition has halted the disappearance of some of the added languages.

Facebook is now available in more than 100 languages — with more than one billion people using a language other than English! Today we added Fula, Maltese and Corsican. Our community makes this possible. Over the last decade, hundreds of thousands of people around the world have worked together to find the right translations for words and phrases in the Facebook interface. Because the idea of a “Like” in English may mean something different in Arabic or Japanese,” he said.

The Fula language, also known as Fulani, is a non-tonal language spoken in Northeastern Nigeria and in a continuum that stretches across some 20 countries of Western Africa and Central Africa.

Spoken as a first language by the Fula people, it is also spoken as a second language by various peoples like the Kirdi of Northern Cameroon.

Nigerian hip-hop star, Olamide has been nominated for the 2016 MTV Europe Music Awards. The rapper is being nominated for Best African Act, a category that very few Nigerian superstars have won.

On the Best African Act category, Olamide stands side by side with some of African’s finest and super talented artistes like Black Coffee, Cassper Nyovest, Wizkid and Alikiba.

The artiste who recently returned from Toronto, Canada where he delivered what can best be described as a groundbreaking display of sheer talent, one of his best performance yet, has also been nominated for two other distinguished awards- the Movement Of Black Origin awards and the MTV Africa Music Award on the Best African Act and Best Hip- Hop Act categories respectively.

Olamide Adedeji (born 15 March 1989), known by his stage name Olamide, is a Nigerian hip hop recording artist from Bariga, Lagos State. He records mostly in Yoruba, his native tongue.

The only Nigerian rapper in history to release five albums in five years, Olamide released his debut studio album Rapsodi in 2011 while signed to Coded Tunes. YBNL, his follow-up album, was released under his label imprint YBNL Nation.

Since his debut, he has released an album every year, also releasing a joint album with hip hop artist and producer, Phyno. Olamide became the first Nigerian to sign an endorsement deal with Cîroc. He has won several music awards, including multiple Nigeria Entertainment Awards and The Headies Awards.
