As President Robert Mugabe’s wife, Grace dragged presidential spokesperson George Charamba before a stunned Zanu PF crowd and a television audience Saturday, her husband , missed it because he was dozing off.

Grace was shouting the information ministry permanent secretary down for allegedly influencing the State media to ignore her philanthropic work while reserving good coverage for others.

Following backlash from Nigerians after photos of President Buhari in a meeting with PDP governors surfaced online, Governor Fayose has finally spoken.

Recall, the Ekiti state governor in a statement released in June on Buhari’s health had claimed the president was on life support and his health had deteriorated.

He also threatened to release photos of Buhari in the UK. Meanwhile after some PDP governors were delegated to see the president in London and the pictures went viral, Fayose was dragged on twitter.

However, in a more recent interview, Governor Fayose maintained his initial claim, adding that Buhari had been on life support at some point. He said:

“What I said about the president is very clear. I said that the President at a point before these recent visits was incapacitated and has been on a life support. I stand by it. I stand by it. I have no regret for that statement. 

“You would recall that I said the Handlers of the President should produce evidence to the contrary within 48 hours. After 4 weeks, they said they went to visit the president. Thank God the President is getting better now but there is no denying that what I said at the time was the truth. 

“If you go by the statement of the governor of Ebonyi, he said the President’s recovery is a miracle, it is divine which means something had gone the other way round before becoming a miracle. I read in another piece that the President came up like Lazarus from the dead. Well, that is another person saying that. 

“I stand by what I have said. Not in the wish that the President must die. Don’t forget, that the President owes it to us all to declare his state of health. The president’s life should be an open book that should be read by everybody.”

Brazilian forward, Neymar’s transfer to Paris Saint-Germain, edges closer with fresh reports claiming the forward is in for an imminent medical on Tuesday.

According to Kiss in his recent interview with HiRadio in Amsterdam, when he was asked of his latest album and his best song so far, he named New Era as his latest album and Mama as his best song ever released.

On who he wrote the song about, the Sofa singer said he dedicated the song to his ex girlfriend who broke up with him last year, 4th of January, 2016, to be precise, during his New Era concert.

The singer maned up to the blame saying she is a good lady who cares less about money or millionaires and he respects her a lot.

He described her as a strong woman who only wants respect, adding that she would be getting married in two months.

The Nri community in Anambra State, believed to be the ancestral home of the Igbo, has threatened to jail the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, for allegedly invading the area and desecrating sacred places.

The community said it had concluded arrangements to drag the pro-Biafran agitator to court in that respect. The traditional of Nri, Igwe Eze Obidiegwu Onyeso, said this on Thursday while chatting with newsmen in Awka, the Anambra State capital.

Speaking through his personal aunchssistant, Chief Ifeanyi Onyeso, the monarch said Kanu and his IPOB's 'army of occupation' invaded his community on July 18 with impunity, without recourse to obeisance to the palace.

The monarch said,

My people are highly angry about this misconduct of these intruders. Nri as an ancient kingdom and the cradle of Igbo people and her culture and tradition is highly revered among the Igbo.

He added, "On July18, 2017, a day before Kanu came to Nri, 12 youths came to the palace of Eze Nri requesting an appointment with the traditional ruler for Kanu.

"They were received and told to go and come back with a written letter so that they will get official reply from the palace since the delegation looked unusual, in that there was no titled person among them. 

The people of Nri and their traditional ruler are not against Nnamdi Kanu and his agitation, but what we cannot take is for Kanu to come and mess up the Nri culture and tradition under whatever motive. The community will drag him to court and make sure we jail him to serve as a deterrent to others," Onyeso stated.
