Chelsea missed the chance to move 12 points clear at the top of the Premier League as they were held to a draw by a resilient Burnley at Turf Moor.

The hosts had won all four of their previous homes games without conceding but fell behind early on when Pedro finished off a sweeping attack.

The visitors dominated possession and it seemed only a matter of time before they added to their advantage.

However, Burnley’s record signing Robbie Brady – making his full debut following a January move from Norwich – equalised with a stunning free-kick.

The Clarets almost extended their lead before the break but Thibaut Courtois superbly denied Matt Lowton from close range.

Chelsea did not have a single shot on target in the second half as Burnley took the game to the Premier League leaders, Andre Gray testing Courtois with a low drive when he was through one-on-one.

In the end, manager Antonio Conte will perhaps consider this a point gained as the Blues moved 10 points ahead of Tottenham.

Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has discovered a new $37.5m property linked to former Minister of Petroleum Resources, Diezani Alison-Madueke in Banana Island.

The 15-storey building, which is located on the choice Island in Lagos was allgedly acquired by the ex-minister with proceeds from stolen public funds, The Nation reports.

Quoting a source within the EFCC, the newspaper stated that the ownership of the building was discovered this week in the course of the ongoing investigation of Diezani.

The source said:

The property Building 3, Block B, is a 15 storey edifice comprising 18 flats and 6 penthouses, Bella Vista at Plot 1, Zone N, Federal Government Layout, Banana Island Layout, Foreshore Estate, Off Onikoyi Road, Ikoyi, Lagos. 

The property was acquired by the former minister between 2011 and 2012 at a total cost of $37,500,000USD from the developers, YF Construction Development and Real Estate. 

It was acquired in the name of a shell company, Rusimpex Limited under the control of a certain Mr. Afamefuna Nwokedi in Lagos.

The EFCC source also said the agency might seize the property.

We will do this after the completion of investigation and obtaining of all title document”

Alexis Sanchez scored twice as title-chasing Arsenal beat relegation-threatened Hull in controversial circumstances in the Premier League.

Manchester United moved one point behind fourth-placed Manchester City as Anthony Martial marked his return with a goal and an assist in a victory over Watford.

United, now unbeaten in their past 16 Premier League games, took the lead when Martial set up Juan Mata to finish from close range.

Watford keeper Heurelho Gomes then made fine saves to deny Paul Pogba and Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

But Martial made sure United signed off with a victory in their final league game for three weeks when he fired home after a driving run.

Award-winning rapper Drake used social media to show his love for the out-of-favour 36-year-old English defender.

While Terry first posted a photo with his wife Toni and Drake following the performer’s show in London three days ago, the Canadian star took to Instagram on Thursday.

Terry has played a bit-part role under Antonio Conte this season, serving as an unused substitute in the 3-1 Premier League win over London rivals Arsenal on Saturday.

The four-time Premier League winner and Champions League victor has only made five league appearances in 2016-17.

Peller, made this known on an interview with Planet TV, where he talked about the ‘No’ crooner, confirming that truly, Wale Turner is his son.
