Thirteen migrants, including six children, have died
after their boat hit another vessel off Turkey.
It is believed 46 people were on board the dinghy,
which was heading towards the Greek island of
Lesbos when it capsized.
A further 20 people were rescued and the search
continues for 13 others, a coastguard source told
the Reuters news agency.
Another group of around 40 people reached Lesbos
in a small boat after paddling through the night with
their hands after the engine on their boat failed.
It comes as the spokesman for the Hungarian
government defended his country's approach to the
migration crisis that earlier this week saw refugees
tear gassed.
