The president of South Africa has caused a world-wide embarrassment for the country after he was caught on tape dozing heavily during a parliament session.

While the Finance Minister Pravin Gordhan was speaking on the country’s economy under pressure and questions over education funding, an hour 14 minutes into the speech, Zuma who was initially attentive, gradually faded into the clouds of slumber.
