These two men pictured above 'Willem Oosthuizen and Theo Martins Jackson' were this morning arraigned before the Middelburg Magistrate Court in South Africa on charges of assault and kidnapping. The men were captured in a viral video showing them forcing a black man into a coffin while threatening to put a snake and petrol inside the casket.
The victim, Victor Rethabile, told the court today that the men beat him up after accusing him of trespasssing their property.
The presiding judge adjourned the case till January 25th and ordered the accused persons to be remanded in prison till the next date for hearing.
