Sen. Ahmed Makarfi, the Chairman of National Caretaker Committee, PDP, has appealed to members of his party to pray for President Buhari to remain alive and healthy so that he can witness his removal by the party in the upcoming 2019 elections.
Markarfi made the plea while giving a speech at the party non-elective convention in Abuja on Saturday. He said; "We will continue to pray for the president. God will keep him alive till 2019 so he would witness his removal from power because Nigerians are already tired of this change.
We are not perfect and we would always learn from our mistake. We know Nigerians are missing us and we would always carry them along when we return in 2019."
