– President Muhammadu Buhari has arrived Dakar, Senegal, ahead of the 3rd Dakar International Forum on Peace and Security in Africa on Monday, December 5, 2016.
President Buhari has been welcomed by President Macky Sall of Senegal and other top rancking officials upon his arrival.
The president will attend the peace forum which is convened by the president of Senegal with support from the African Union.
