A Libyan refugee baby has been born on board a rescue boat hours after his mum was found on a wooden "toy" boat off the coast of Libya.
The woman, who was nine months pregnant, gave birth on board the Aquarius ship last night.
She named her little boy Favour, who was born weighing 6.9lbs and is "doing well against all odds". They were pictured safe and well as the mother breastfed her baby on board.
The woman was rescued alongside 35 other people in a boat described as 'like a wooden toy'.
